Book early to avoid disappointment!
Customers are reminded that Bike Box Alan are the only boxes with a class leading 7 year guarantee on faulty parts and manufacture however; if they suffer obvious abuse resulting in damage to the BOX or its contents, you should report it immediately to the appropriate authority so that you can make a claim against them. Not to do so could result in loosing your hire deposit or invalidating your guarantee.
Hire Instructions
- Contact us either by phone, email or use the contact form to advise the dates that you’d like to book the box for.
- Charges are £6 per day, or £40 for a week
- A refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking. Deposit is refunded on safe return of the box.
- In the unlikely event of a bike box not being returned a fee will be chargeable at the current price of a new box.
- We will deliver the box 1 or 2 days before your departure to enable sufficient time for you to pack the box
- To avoid a £10 surcharge for removing hard stuck lables (delivery labels DPD/Flight Lables / Barcodes), please place flight labels on designated area or through carry holes.
- Place anti crush pole back into the socket for return to us.
- Don’t peel off any logos/graphics from the box.
- Make sure all foam pieces are back inside the box.
- Please ensure the TSA Lock is securely locked back onto the box for the return journey back to us.
- Zip Ties can be used on the remaining clasps if you wish.
- IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE CHARGED £15 FOR ANY ITEMS MISSING
- There will be a charge for delivery & collection outside a 25 mile radius of Neston.
Cancellations
1 weeks notice before collection date, the FULL hire amount will be charged.
2 weeks notices before collection date, £25 will be charged.
