Refund policy
Returns
We are happy to accept returns. If for any reason you would like to return a product for a refund or exchange simply return it to us unused in it's original packaging. Please make sue you include a return note or invoice copy with your order details and reason for return. We have a guide time of 60 days for product returns.
Please make sure the product is returned to us as it arrived. New and unused with original retail packaging included or tags still attached. Please use sufficient packaging so it doesn't get damaged in transit.
Returns are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt, this may be longer over a weekend or Bank Holidays. We will issue a refund back to your original payment method for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs.
Damages and issues
If you need to make a return because the product is faulty, damaged or we made a mistake with your order please contact is so we organise a prepaid return and exchange. You should inform us of items that have been damaged during shipping as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate claim with the postal company.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as foods, gels or energy drinks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as chamois cream products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
