If you need to return an item, please read the information below.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • in resellable condition


How to Request a Return

We will reply within 1 working day.


Return Methods

  • Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided when your return is approved.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return postage fee for change-of-mind returns: £3.00 (deducted from refund).


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover all return costs and provide a replacement or full refund.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened (e.g., nutrition/gel products).
This will always be stated in the product description.
