Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, please send it back to us in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at mark@peninsularcycleservices.com. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and send a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (foods, gels, energy drinks)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (such as chamois cream)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
