1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be handled the next working day.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Express Delivery: £3.00

2.2 Delivery Estimates (UK Only)

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use this to monitor your delivery status online.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at mark@peninsularcycles.com, and we’ll help locate your package.
